SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Although we aim to get your order out within 5 days, please allow 7 days for this product to be manufactured, and for your order to be assembled and shipped out.
RETURNS
We do not offer returns or exercise the returns policy as all plates are made to order.
In the event your plates arrive damaged please picture the damage and forward the images on to us so we can claim liability from the courier. Please be advised NOT to use the damaged plates as we may need them back for inspection in some cases. Replacements will be sent out once we have assessed the damage and confirmed liability.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To mis-space or mis-represent the digits on number plates is an offence under the Road Vehicles (Registration & Licensing) Regulations 1971. Be sure to enter your registration number as shown on your Tax Disc, Log Book (V5) or DVLA document V796 (available in pdf on the web). This applies to ALL number plates which are to be used on UK roads.
Very Important. You cannot simply make up a registration number and use it on the UK highway.
Either yourself or the person you're buying for must already own the registration number you will use.
We will need to see your Proof of Registration Entitlement & Proof of Identification Documents: One of each will need to be supplied before plates are made up.
